Shipping

– We charge a flat rate of 180 MKD per order.
– Orders over 1000 MKD qualify for free shipping.
– Delivery is typically within 3–7 business days inside North Macedonia.
– You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Refunds & Returns

– We accept returns of unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
– Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@pawesomenthusiasts.org with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
