Rocky [Adopted]

Rocky's story – Wandering around for months in a city where they don't care about the dogs. These type of dogs like Rocky even get bullied sometimes. We took him in. The vet advised us not to put him in a wheelchair so he would train his legs that are partially paralyzed due to neurological issues. We took the vets advise and left Rocky to train his legs. He's having progress and looking for his home now!
